Summarised Terms of Service

This is a bin HIRE service and must be paid each week/ fortnight regardless if the bin is emptied or not.
All accounts must be one in advance and payments must be received by the FRIDAY or each week PRIOR to collection. Overdue accounts will be emailed at the end of the week. TWO overdue invoices and your bin will be removed and all outstanding debts will be sent to debt collection as per our Terms of Service. If you miss two payments, you will be asked to go on direct debit if you want to keep your bin.
Wheelie Bins are collected between 7.00am and 6.00pm
Wheelie Bins are for General Waste.
For Health & Safety reasons the bin lid must be closed and the weight of the bin should not be excessive. Rubbish outside of the bin will not be collected unless scheduled. An extra collection or extra bags is $15. Overfill or heavy bins will incur an additional $10 charge. Bins that are too heavy to move will not be emptied.

Any items that can’t be compacted
You are responsible for the security of your bin. If you damage the bin you will be liable for the cost to repair.
You may terminate the account by giving two weeks written notice or a $10 unscheduled bin removal fee will be charged.
As a waste collector, it is our responsibility to collect our customers recycling if it is not a rates paid scheme. Currently this only applies to the Kapiti region. Your recycling will be collected on the same day that we empty your wheelie bin. Recycling must be clean and recyclable and out on the kerb at 7am. Replacement cost for crates is $50.
The customer is not entitled to a refund of any unused prepayments made in advance.
